These terms are valid in Estonia. If the user is located outside Estonia, additional terms may apply according to local laws. The terms comply with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. In case of disputes, the law of the Republic of Estonia shall apply, unless applicable legal norms stipulate otherwise.
The prices of membership packages sold in the Environment are indicated next to the packages. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Information about the packages, including benefits and validity period, is presented in the Environment directly next to the package.
To purchase a membership, you need to select the desired package and fill in the required data fields. Then you can pay securely through Polar Merchant of Record (MoR) bank links. Payments are facilitated by Polar Software Inc (a Stripe cooperation partner). Payment takes place outside the Environment in a secure setting. The Environment administrator has no access to the user's banking data. For making payments, it is possible to choose between payment solutions offered by Polar Software Inc. The contract takes effect from the receipt of the payable amount to the Environment payment provider's account.
After the payment is received, the purchased membership is automatically activated and the user gains immediate access to the full functionality of the Environment.
As this involves the immediate transmission of digital content, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act. The user agrees to the immediate activation of the service upon purchase.
The Environment is responsible for any non-compliance or defect in the service sold to the user that becomes apparent during the use of the service. In case of a defect, the user has the right to contact the Environment administrator via email at info@lesson-learned.xyz. The Environment administrator will respond to the user's complaint within 15 days.
The Environment uses the personal data entered by the user only for processing the order and providing the service. CodeSensus OÜ is the data controller of personal data, CodeSensus OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Polar Software Inc. The Environment sends newsletters and offers to the user only with the user's consent. The user may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the instructions provided in the email or by notifying via email.
If the user has any complaints regarding the Environment, they should be sent to the email address info@lesson-learned.xyz. If the user and the Environment administrator are unable to resolve the dispute, the user has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the competence to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the user and the Environment administrator. The committee's procedure is free for the parties. The user can also use the European Union's consumer dispute resolution platform. All disputes will be attempted to be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
